Refund Policy:
The provision of goods and services by Noscotek (Nostello) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Noscotek will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee.
Shipping Policy:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed as soon as possible and delivered within 1-2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email tracking notifications.
